Service and information
Noodista collects information and reviews about naturist places for information purposes. Its content does not replace official sources, venue rules, ordinances, signage or directions from competent authorities. Access, permissions and facilities can change, so users must make appropriate checks before visiting.
Accounts and security
- Users must provide accurate information and keep their credentials confidential.
- Each account is personal and may not be transferred or used to impersonate another person.
- Users must promptly report unauthorised access or improper use.
- We may limit or suspend an account in the event of breaches, abuse, fraud or security risks.
Reviews and user responsibility
Reviews are submitted under the responsibility of their author. Authors state that their contribution is based on a real experience, made in good faith and does not breach laws or third-party rights.
- Knowingly false or misleading content is not allowed.
- Defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, obscene or sexually explicit content is not allowed.
- Personal data or images of others without an appropriate legal basis are not allowed.
- Unauthorised protected material, covert advertising, spam, duplicate content and rating manipulation are not allowed.
Licence, moderation and availability
Users keep rights in their content and grant Noodista a non-exclusive, free licence limited to storing, reproducing, formatting and making reviews available for operating and promoting the service.
We may review content before or after publication and withhold, limit or remove unlawful, incompatible or harmful reviews. Moderation does not guarantee exhaustive fact-checking.
We aim to keep the service and information available and accurate but cannot guarantee no errors, interruptions or changes. To the extent allowed by law, Noodista is not liable for decisions based solely on site content, user content or linked external services.
Intellectual property and governing law
The brand, design, structure, editorial text and software belong to their respective owners. These terms are governed by Italian law, without affecting mandatory rules and consumer jurisdiction.
